An exhibit of primary documents and annotated transcriptions from the papers of the Porter-Phelps-Huntington Family of Hadley Massachusetts. The Porther-Phelps-Huntington Family Papers are housed at Amherst College Archives and Special Collections. Stretching from 1698 to 1968 and containing letters, diaries, account books, deeds, and many other documents, the collection records the history of eight generations of a single extended family.

Begun in 2012, this project is an ongoing collaboration between the Porter-Phelps-Huntington Foundation, Amherst College Archives and Special Collections, and the Amherst College American Studies Course "Global Valley."
